Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
Please allow 2–3 days for us to process your order before it ships. Right now, we only ship within Canada and to the to the United States. Once your order is handed over to the delivery company, it’s their responsibility. We don’t have control over how it's handled or how long it takes to arrive after that.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, your shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery. Should there be a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
CUSTOMS
Please note that orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or VAT, which are not included in the international shipping cost. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
You may be required to clear the package through customs and pay any applicable fees. We recommend checking your tracking number regularly for updates on your shipment's status.
RETURNS
